Videos Plugins:

You will need the most up-to-date video-playing software on your computer. For the best quality we recommend Quicktime Player.

	Quicktime Player The way to play the best quality video. Comes standard on all Mac machines. Find PC compatible versions by clicking the link.

	VLC Media Player A very common alternative to Windows Media Player. Works for both Mac and PC. It will allow you to play both the low and medium resolution verisions.

	Flash Player For both Mac and PC. This player will allow you to view the videos in their lowest resolution.

Additional Plugins: If you wish to download any of the additional resources, you will need Adobe Reader.
	Adobe Reader This will allow you to view any pdfs you dowload. Most of our activities are available for download in PDF version.
