X-WR-CALDESC:New Dates\, New Deadline - Registration closes October 10\, 11
:59 pm PT. \n\nFor millennia humans have looked to the sky\, finding patte
rns which in many ways continue to govern our lives. With the development
of the telescope and other tools to decipher the light from distant objec

ena\, including the composition and processes behind what we see. \n\nIn t
his Virtual Astronomy Institute we will explore our perceptions of the uni
verse\, and ways we can engage those we work with in the current understan
ding of what is taking place. From present day Earth to the ancient glow
of the Big Bang\, we will journey through space and time as we explore our
place in the greater cosmos\, expanding our own understanding and experie
nce of the universe of which we are a part.\n\nWhat: Each twelve week cour
se includes six 1.5 hour live sessions\, with time between sessions for in
