 l lunar eclipse visible across North America the night of March 13-14.\n\n
 Unlike a total solar eclipse\, a total lunar eclipse is observable over an
  entire hemisphere.  As long as you can see the Moon\, you can view a luna
 r eclipse.  On the night of March 13-14\, 2025\, people across North Ameri
 ca will have the chance to see a total lunar eclipse.  This is a fantastic
  opportunity to have learners of all ages experience an astronomical pheno
 menon from the comfort of their own home.  In this workshop\, discover why
  a lunar eclipse takes place\, and how modeling one is similar to doing so
  for a total solar eclipse.  Learn about how to facilitate an investigatio
 n of  the cause and pattern of lunar eclipses\, and discover ways to invol
 ve your learners in experiencing and responding to this exquisite natural 
 phenomenon.\n\nThis workshop takes place in one 1.5 hour live session.\n\n
 Participants will gain the following through participation in the workshop

 ges\n    Access to astronomy experts who will facilitate the workshop\n\nA
  certificate of completion for participating in 2 clock hours of professio
