 ?\n\nAbout Miguel Á. Fernández:\n\nMiguel Á. Fernández is a Microbial Ecol
 ogist specialized in extremophiles\, Astrobiology\, and instrumentation de
 velopment. He is currently working as a postdoctoral fellow of the ‘María 
 Zambrano’ Excellence Program at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Spain)\, w
 here he is conducting studies focused on Antarctic lakes\, Atacama Desert 
 soils\, Iberian temporary salty lakes\, and Río Tinto River sediments. Pre
 viously\, he worked at Centro de Astrobiología (CAB) in Spain and at McGil
 l University in Montreal (Canada)\, carrying out similar research\, along 
 with the development of space exploratory instruments\, such as SOLID (Sig
 ns Of LIfe Detector) at CAB and MICROLife detection platform at McGill U.
