Panel Moderator: Jacob White
Jacob White, Ph.D. is a Jansky Fellow at the National Radio Astronomy Observatory in Charlottesville, Virginia. He researches star/planet formation, circumstellar disk evolution, ultra cold dwarf stars, and stellar radio atmospheres. Jacob is also very active in scientific outreach and loves to talk about the intersection of astronomy and climate change. He has been a member of Astronomers for Planet Earth since 2019 and helps organize the operational aspects, PR initiatives, and the Open Letter campaign.
