Krista (she/her/Krista) is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Her therapeutic approach is rooted in deep ecology and trauma-informed-systems. Working within this framework allows her to work with clients to explore their emotional landscape and lived experiences through their relationship with both the natural world and their positionality in the systems they are embedded within.
