Amy Imhoff is an expert in digital media, event management, and partnerships for STEAM, building her clients' digital lives. She is a featured writer, speaker, and host for science fiction media, feminist pop culture, and STEM spaces. Amy creates global aerospace industry connections through the legacy of Star Trek's vision of an inclusive future, working closely with Starfleet officers, industry creatives, and change makers to uplift diverse voices.

From a very young age, Amy was always thrilled by the stars and space, becoming a lifelong Star Trek fan at the age of 7 years old. Her love of reading and literature, as well as a keen interest in women’s roles in catalyzing change and revolution, grew into a passion for writing and communication across many kinds of media. Amy received her bachelor’s in English from Fairfield University and her master’s in Literature from Southern Connecticut State University, presenting her master’s thesis on feminist agency in British Romantic poetry and the Victorian backlash at several academic conferences.

While employed as a technical editor early in her career, Amy began speaking at fan conventions on the literary traditions in Star Trek and women’s representation across science fiction. She has since hosted and taken part in over 120 panels in the US and the UK, as well as virtually, and her writing is published in several pop culture anthologies. Amy launched her own digital management business in 2018, serving a variety of clients across technology and media verticals. She has worked with the U.S. Space Force on their inaugural Spacepower conference, Above Space Development Corp, NASA-funded nonprofit Explore Mars, actress Kate Mulgrew and fellow Star Trek franchise creatives, and as the social media lead for the NASA IMAP Mission (2024-2026). Amy executed campaigns and events in partnership with Netflix, Showtime, Harper Collins, Paramount, Blue Origin, the Jane Goodall Foundation, and many more, creating connections between organizations and bringing talent into campaigns to build brand market share, manage creative strategy, and design marketing experiences for both niche and global audiences.
