Frequently Asked Questions & Tips

2022 ASP Summer Symposium

Frequently Asked Questions & Tips (updated August 18)

Important notes for all attendees and presenters:

Thank you for attending and participating in this year's Summer Symposium, including our special Jessica Harris event, and a day full of plenaries and sessions! We know many couldn't attend who registered, and we know those who did may want to view the sessions they missed! Look out for an email in the coming weeks with links through your portal access to all of the sessions.

Q: I registered for the conference but need a copy of my invoice.

A: While each registrant received a copy of their invoice, we recognize many fall into SPAM folders. Please contact us at to obtain a copy.

Q: I registered but was not able to attend the conference. I understand there will be recordings - when will the video recordings be available.

A: Session video recordings will be available soon after the Symposium. When done, we will send out an email to all conference registrants, who will then be able to access the videos & chat on the conference platform for up to 6 months. The videos will be accessible, but not shareable.

Q: What services will be provided for the Deaf/Hard of Hearing community?

A: The ASP will be featuring Virtual ASL Interpretation for the Thursday, August 18 Free Special Public Talk with Jessica Harris. This version will be posted for all via our YouTube channel soon after the conference. Closed Captioning (interpreted by Zoom) will be available during the Public Talk and all of the plenary and speaker sessions for the one-day Symposium on August 19 and will appear in the videos.
