Q: I paid for the conference, but was not able to attend live or I attended the conference, but missed many sessions I wanted to attend. When will the videos be available to view? Will we be able to download or share them?

A: We are pleased to announce after unexpected delays, that the post ASP2020 Conference access to the recordings and documents are available to all registrants starting February 5. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. An email, with unique links per registrant, went out on February 5th. There will be links to the videos of each session and the chats and/or documents that accompany each session. We will also be listing the posters to review. The videos themselves are not shareable or downloadable. Please note that the Post-Conference Attendee Portal link is for individual use only and can not be shared, or used on multiple platforms by the same user. The video access ends June 5, 2021.

Q: How do I access the ASP2020 Post-Conference Attendee Portal? Will Videos, Video Posters, chats, and other documents be available?

A: All registrants received an email on Friday February 5 with a link to the Post-Conference Attendee Portal. It will appear the same as the Conference Attendee Portal during the live conference.  The "Attend" button links now take registrants to a page with the video and links to documents. The links to the abstracts are available as well as links to the Video Posters. When you click on the hyperlinked "Video Posters viewing" text on the schedule in the Attendee Portal, it should open a pop-up window with text and links to 9 videos there. An attendee reports a tip on pop up windows: "Usually I'll get a message about pop up windows, and then I can approve. After I went to Firefox settings and gave the website explicit permission, the pop up works. Thanks!! I then checked on Chrome, and that works too."

Q: I understand the conference technology used Zoom meetings and webinars. Do I need an account to view the recorded videos?

A: All of the sessions were recorded and were uploaded as Vimeo files accessible via the html link in the Post-Conference Portal. There are restrictions listed on the Portal page. You must be a registered attendee in order to gain access to the Post-Conference Portal.

Q: I registered for and/or attended the conference but have not received any follow up emails.

A: We have sent registrants a few emails post-conference and the most recent one includes a link to the Post-Conference page to access the recordings of the conference workshops.

If you used two separate email addresses, you do need to try each one of them. Please check your email SPAM folder if you have not received an email announcing the Post-Conference page available to all registrants. We also recommend changing your settings so that you can receive all emails from our conference. If you still can not find your emails from registration please contact us at meeting@astrosociety.org

Q: I ordered a Conference Series volume at a special price before or during the conference. When will the publication be available?

A: Sometime in the late Summer of 2021. We will update the attendees once the book is available for purchase or for distribution to those who already purchased one before or during the conference.
