Q: I ordered a Conference Series volume at a special price before or during the conference. When will the publication be available?

A: Shipping should start at the end of September, 2021. We will update the attendees once the book is available for purchase or for distribution to those who already purchased one before or during the conference.

Q: I paid for the conference, but was not able to attend live or I attended the conference, but missed many sessions I wanted to attend. When will the videos be available to view? Will we be able to download or share them?

A: We are pleased to announce after unexpected delays, that the post ASP2020 Conference access to the recordings and documents are available to all registrants starting February 5. We apologize for any inconvenience this delay may have caused. An email, with unique links per registrant, went out on February 5th. There will be links to the videos of each session and the chats and/or documents that accompany each session. We will also be listing the posters to review. The videos themselves are not shareable or downloadable. Please note that the Post-Conference Attendee Portal link is for individual use only and can not be shared, or used on multiple platforms by the same user. The video access ended June 5, 2021.
