ACCESS TO ASP2022 CONFERENCE ATTENDEE PORTAL
Q: When can we access the Conference Portal Attendee Portal?
A: All Registrants will receive a new email February 21, 2023 with instructions to Login. You must "Login" to your Conference Portal in order to access the Zoom presentations. This is a unique link just to you as a Registrant to access the session videos and cannot be shared.
If you can't recall your login/access code, click on the "Login" link in the top right of the portal, enter the email address you used for Registration, click on "Forgot access password?" and check your email. This will now be your new access code.
Q: Can anyone access the Conference Website?
A: Everyone can access the ASP2022: A Virtual Conference Conference pages to view the schedule, the presenters, as well as Plenary details for reference. However, only Registrants can access the Attendee Portal to view the video recordings and chat once they log in. The Login is the same as when you attended. Access will be available through February 28, 2024.
Q: I understand the conference technology used Zoom meetings. Do I need an account?
A: You will not need a personal Zoom account to view the videos - they are presented in Vimeo.
SESSION HANDOUTS & URLS
Q: Will there be a place where recommended website URLs mentioned by speakers will be captured or handouts can be shared?
A: We created a new Presenter Portal for this conference that allowed our presenters to upload and share information such as documents, contact info, etc. Registrants just need to login to the Attendee Portal, click on the Title of the session to see if there are any PDF documents. Sharing slides of their presentations is completely up to each Speaker. Please note that the ASP2022 Conference Proceedings volume will be issued sometime in late 2023 and the special conference price is still available to order your copy of the print/electronic book. These will include submitted papers by our presenters, and all abstracts.
