This has been updated for Attendees to access the Portal for "Registrant-only" access to view the Videos beginning October 16, 2024 into 2025.
ACCESS TO ASP2024 CONFERENCE ATTENDEE PORTAL
Q: When can we access the Conference Portal Attendee Portal?
A: All Registrants will receive a new email October 16, 2024 with instructions to Login. You must "Login" to your Conference Portal in order to access the Zoom (now Video link) presentations. This is a unique link just to you as a Registrant to access the session videos and cannot be shared.
If you can't recall your login/access code, click on the "Login" link in the top right of the portal, enter the email address you used for Registration, click on "Forgot access password?" and check your email. This will now be your new access code.
Q: Can anyone access the Conference Website?
A: Everyone can still access the ASP2024: A Virtual Conference Conference pages to view the schedule, the presenters, as well as Plenary details for reference. However, only Registrants can access the Attendee Portal to view the video recordings once they log in. The Login is the same as when you attended. Access will be available into 2025. Exact deadline TBD.
Q: I understand the conference technology used Zoom meetings. Do I need an account?
A: You will not need a personal Zoom account to view the videos - they are presented in Vimeo.
SESSION HANDOUTS & URLS
Q: Will there be a place where recommended website URLs mentioned by speakers will be captured or handouts can be shared?
A: In the Portal, presenters who participated, could include their presentations, links, and contact information. Registrants just need to login to the Attendee Portal, click on the "All Speakers" box.

SESSION RECORDINGS
Q: How long will the videos and chats be available for Registrants to access?
A: All session video recordings will be available into early 2025. As soon as we know, we will include a deadline to access the videos here.
