ASP Partner Event: 5th Anniversary Meeting of Astronomers for Planet Earth
Since its founding, A4E has become a hub for the international astronomical community to share resources and
facilitate collaboration in taking action on the climate crisis. This gathering will provide a platform to exchange experiences and insights, foster new connections, and brainstorm ideas for the future. Two 3-hour sessions will be held; the North America daytime session will feature a talk by exoplanet scientist Laura Kreidberg, Managing Director of MPIA Heidelberg.

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Jürgen Knödlseder of the Institut de Recherche en Astrophysique et Planétologie (Toulouse, France) and Prof. Laura Kreidberg of the Max-Planck-Institut für Astronomie (Heidelberg, Germany) will be giving invited talks. Each session will also include a brief overview of A4E activities to date along with an outlook for the future. These will be followed by ample time for attendees to connect with each other and share their experiences and insights as we plan for the next five years.
