Katy Caouette

Katy Caouette is an external General Counsel and Legal Advisor, working for various technology and other companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. She has been the General Counsel for two companies, including Guckenheimer, a leader in corporate dining and wellness programs. Before that, Katy was Senior Legal Counsel to Imerys, a Paris-based mineral mining and processing firm. Katy began her legal career in the Employment Law Department at Paul Hastings after receiving her J.D. from the University of Virginia and her B.A. from The George Washington University.
Katy has long been awestruck by the beauty of the stars and mystery of the universe and excited to help support the Astronomical Society of the Pacific’s mission to promote and engage public interest in astronomy.
