Yes, log back in and you should be able to edit it.

Can I come back to edit my abstract details after submitting it (such as adding co-presenters)?
Yes, log back in and you should be able to edit it.

I did not receive a confirmation email after I submitted my abstract? How come?
There are two things that could have happened:

  1. Your confirmation email landed in your Spam folder. Please look there first.

or

  2. You may have clicked the "Saved Submission" button, but forgot to click the final "Submit" button after you "Saved". You always have access to your account and can go back in to review your submission and hit the "Submit" button. Your submission will also indicate if you have successfully submitted or not.

When will I find out if I’m accepted?
Abstracts submitted prior to the new abstract submission deadline of June 20 will be reviewed and acceptances will be emailed prior to the Early Bird registration deadline of June 30, 2024.

Late abstracts will be accepted through July 22, but will be considered after the earlier submissions deadline of June 20, and on a space-available basis.

If my abstract is accepted, can I qualify for Early Bird Registration fees?
Submissions received by the June 20 extended deadline will be notified prior to the Early Bird Registration deadline of June 30, 2024. Regular registration closes August 18 8:59pm PT. If you applied for a scholarship and were accepted, you will be informed prior to July 31 to receive the Scholarship-only "Early Bird" rate.

When does Conference Registration Open?
Registration is now open. Visit the Registration Information page. Early Bird closed June 30, 8:59pm PT. Regular registration ends August 18, 8:59pm PT.

Will there be poster sessions for this conference?
The style of posters created for in-person events continues to evolve when designed for and presented at virtual conferences. We continue to look for the easiest solutions, but in the meantime are taking a pause in offering poster sessions at the conference.

If my abstract is accepted do I need to register for the conference?

All presenters will be notified first with an acceptance and then with instructions for your presentation(s) and registration. Registration (unless otherwise specified) is required to attend. Please check your email SPAM folder if you have not received either of these emails as a registrant.

What time zone is the conference in and can I specify the time I wish to present?

The presentations are all on Zoom and the plenary and sessions times will be fitting into the 9:00am - 5pm Pacific Time range, concurrently. However, when you submit your abstract, there is a pull down menu that allows you to request the time frame you wish to present. We will do all that we can to accommodate. Remember, many of the attendees may live abroad, or can not attend via the time frame of the conference, but the entire conference will be available in video format throughout 2025 so that people with time conflicts have the ability to view each session and plenary on their own schedule.
